The September 2026 Evidence Level (EL) update for countries and education providers, based on student visa outcome data from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026, has taken place. This update is effective for applications lodged on or after 30 September 2026.

Departmental systems have been updated to reflect the September 2026 ELs. The Document Checklist Tool on the Department of Home Affairs' website also reflects these ELs as per the September 2026 update.
