For cancelling the account subscription, you can apply anytime, and the account will be terminated at the end of your current plan date.
To cancel the account through the CRM:
- Click on Subscription > My Subscription from the left-hand menu.
- Click on the Cancel Account button to request for unsubscribing to the plan.
- Type in the reason for cancelling account and click on Request to process this.
If you cancel the plan within the billing period, no refunds will be offered.
