1. Migration pathways will provide an update on the Tasmania Skilled Nomination
State Nomination Program, its priorities and other employment-related migration
pathways.
2. Jobs Tasmania will provide information on the support programs and
initiatives available to all Tasmanians, including recent temporary, permanent
and provisional migrants.
3. The Migration Resource Center Tasmania (MRC Tas) will provide insights into
their career and employment assistance programs and the range of other services
and support they offer.

Webinar 2 - Tourism and Hospitality Careers and
Migration Pathways
If you work in the tourism and hospitality
industry, this is the webinar you can't miss.

Purpose:
1. Migration Tasmania will provide information about the Tasmanian nomination
pathways for tourism and hospitality workers. It will include information for
café or restaurant managers, hotel or motel managers, bakers, pastry cooks,
chefs and cooks and a range of other hospitality roles.
2. Tasmanian Hospitality Association (THA) is the peak industry body for
hotels, accommodations, restaurants, cafes, caterers, community, sporting and
clubs in Tasmania. The THA will provide tips and insights on the tourism and
hospitality industry in Tasmania and the employment and career opportunities
available.
3. Skills and qualifications to work in tourism and hospitality VXT is a
training organisation that delivers training to Tourism and Hospitality
workforce that is tailored to Tasmania. VXT also manages the Tasmanian Tourism
and Hospitality Jobs Hub and will provide you with tips and insights on how to
find jobs in Tasmania and the skills you need for the job.
