NSW State Nomination FAQ updated as follows:
"I didn't apply for NSW nomination after I was invited, will I be considered again next submission window?
No. You cannot submit a new ROI for a period of 12 months if you are invited by NSW and do not apply to a region within 14 days. This includes for a different occupation or nomination stream.
If you are not able to apply to a region if invited by NSW, do not submit an ROI."
